Beach Realty & Construction is seeking a full-time Personal Assistant to provide high-level support to the President. Duties include, but are not limited to, managing the calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments, assisting in special projects, screening and responding to emails, phone calls, and other correspondence, and creating and formatting reports. Other duties include facilitating communication between various departments, team members, clients, and stakeholders.
The Executive Assistant must be highly proficient in various software applications, tools, and communication platforms to assist in daily tasks.
This role requires excellent organizational, communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills, as well as a high level of professionalism, flexibility, and adaptability. We encourage you to apply if you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
Required:
Must have an eye for detail
Must be excellent in both verbal and written communication
Must be skilled in Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
Must be familiar with Google products, including Google Docs, Sheets, Forms
Local to the Outer Banks area and/or willing to commute to Kitty Hawk, NC, Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:30 pm.
Preferred:
Property Management and/or Real Estate experience
