Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our sales team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products and services to customers. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Duties:
- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our wireless products
- Utilize effective sales techniques to meet or exceed sales targets
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to effectively communicate product information to customers
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor

Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Fluency in additional languages such as Spanish is a plus
- Knowledge of wireless technology and products is beneficial
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and basic math skills
- Experience in technical sales or product demonstrations is an advantage
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
