Job Description: Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:

• Answering Phones: Manage incoming calls from clients, vendors, sales personnel, and other stakeholders. Provide courteous and efficient assistance. Direct calls to the appropriate departments or individuals if needed.
• Quoting: Prepare accurate and timely price quotes for products and services based on customer inquiries, requests from sales teams and service teams. Collaborate with sales and production teams to ensure competitive and feasible quotes. Create sales orders submitted via phone, email, or direct request.
• Invoicing: Generate invoices for completed orders, ensuring accuracy in pricing, quantities, and terms.
• Filing: Maintain organized records of customer interactions, orders, vendor purchase orders and all invoices. File documents electronically or physically as needed.
• Project Management: Manage customer projects by tracking progress, communicating updates, and coordinating with internal teams. Ensure project timelines are met and customer expectations are exceeded. Read and interpret project specifications and drawings. Assemble submittals for engineer approval.
• Other duties as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Adobe PDF).
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Salary commensurate with experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
