The Opportunity:

We are seeking an Entry Level HR Assistant to join our team. In this position, you will support our HR department in daily administrative tasks that keep our operations smooth and efficient. Job Responsibilities:

• Assisting HR managers in recruitment processes, from job postings to interviewing scheduling and onboarding.
• Maintaining employee records, ensuring they are accurate and up-to-date.
• Assisting in payroll preparation by providing relevant data like absences, bonus and leaves.
• Conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining the company.
• Ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management.

Desired Qualifications:

• Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects.
• Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills.
• Knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
• Basic knowledge and experience in Employment law.
