Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive roadmap for HR and workforce experience solutions outlining upcoming features, enhancements and capabilities that aligns with the organization's HR & IT strategy and business objectives.
  • Develop a clear and forward-looking product vision aligning with ServiceNow roadmap, and business objectives for HR and workforce experience stakeholders. Ensure alignment of the roadmap with business goals, customer feedback, and evolving landscape.
  • Stay informed about emerging trends and best practices to ensure the product remains innovative and effective.
  • Engage HR and business stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize functional and technical requirements for HR and workforce experience solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with the development team, UX/UI designers, and testing team to drive the successful execution of the roadmap.
  • Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams for solutions.
  • Design & deliver user-centric interfaces and workflows that streamline HR and workforce processes.
  • Incorporate user feedback and user-centric design principles to enhance the overall workforce user experience.
  • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews to guide HR and workforce development efforts.
  • Provide well-defined user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications to the HR and workforce development team.
  • Review and approve testing strategies to ensure the quality, accuracy, and security of developed HR and workforce features.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing to validate that the delivered features meet requirements.
  • Collaborate with process owners/stakeholders, training, and support teams to drive successful product launches and user adoption.
  • Develop & implement a comprehensive adoption plan including training materials and support end-users in effectively utilizing the implemented solutions.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Requires deep expertise in own functions, typically gained through a university degree and 8-10 years of experience.
  • Demonstrated commitment to customer experience and success – ability to simplify experiences and deliver outcomes for the business and your customers.
  • Demonstrated growth mindset with a willingness to learn, adapt, embrace feedback, and continuously improve.
  • Partners with stakeholders & customers to shape their goals and objectives.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL, user-centric design, HR Processes, and ServiceNow platform capabilities.
  • Experience in ServiceNow application development, customization, and integration using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and RESTful APIs. ServiceNow CIS HR certification preferred.
  • Recommends course of action to achieve results. Responsible for the direct management of a team including results/outcomes, goal setting, performance management, and coaching.
  • Has significant input into decisions related to hiring, performance reviews, promotions, and compensation actions.
  • Leads a team/functional group to solve problems/create deliverables; structures the work of the team for maximum efficiency and manages to completion.
  • Lead business partner (client relationship manager) with function or geography. Typically, accountable for the successful management of a team delivering key projects or processes.
  • Occasionally influences at the senior leadership level. May need to persuade leaders to adopt a differing point of view. Maintains composure in the face of stressful situations or difficult conversations. Ensures project completion on time; manages key stakeholders.
  • Creates and communicates work product that clearly conveys project status or problem and proposed resolution including solution and courses of action.
  • Influences internal and external stakeholders to ensure operational decisions and business requirements have a positive impact on the function and BMS. Directs external vendors tactically, provides some strategic input to vendors on services delivered. Recommends pursuing actions based on impact on people, technology, structure, and/or workflow.
  • Initiates challenging opportunities that build strong capabilities for self and team. Develops and implements proactive approaches to new technologies and processes.
  • Leads complex initiatives related to continuous improvement or development of new approaches/technologies within or across functions or departments. Takes necessary risks to test and advance innovative processes and approaches.
  • Critically evaluates and interprets current trends. Contributes to the vision for functional / regional / departmental strategy
  • Synthesizes the data and analysis of the team to find solutions to the overall problem with consultation of functional leadership. Employs a broad knowledge base of technologies and approaches to solve complex and novel problems. Recommends course of action to achieve desired results.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $24.75 - $29.81 per hour
