Job Responsibilities :

Must be able to answer phone calls, help clients over the phone with anything they may need, and schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments

• Prep clients for their service
• Prep and clean rooms for the clients
• Tasks include watering plants / dusting / laundry / sweeping / mopping / making the beds etc.
• Help in maintaining spa cleanliness
• Serve the client's coffee or tea and other requirements they need.
• Must be able to keep up with a busy schedule and be customer service-oriented. (Training is available.)
• Keep up with a positive environment for customers and other employees.
• Needs to be willing to work mornings and nights.
• Must have experience working in cleaning / stocking / laundry / working efficiently
• Dress professionally : Must wear scrubs.

Administrative Duties :

• Scheduling.
• Stocking supplies.
• Sorting and sending mail.
• Answering and routing phone calls.
• Managing social media.
• Greeting visitors.
• Social Media posting
• keep a record of clients visit and post visits.

Financial Duties :

Processing payments.

Possible shifts : Monday 9 : 30 Am to 8 : 00 pm, Wednesday 9 : 30 am to 3 : 00 pm, Friday 9 : 30 am to 8 : 00 pm, and Saturday 9 : 30 am to 2 pm.
