Job Summary
The front office coordinator will provide administrative, clerical, and phone support for the entire company. This position includes scheduling conference room meetings, maintaining files, paperwork, and company mail, inventory ordering, tracking, and organization for all office supplies. 
Responsibilities 
  • Greet all RestorationServices Guests in a friendly and inviting manner via phone and in person.
  • Answer and Transfer phone calls to different departments.
  • Manage and approve calendar requests for conference room meetings.
  • Assist Mitigation, Construction, and Administrative teams with document scanning. 
  • Maintain front desk: scanning, files, paperwork, outgoing mail.
  • Weekly ordering of office supplies and maintain inventory.
  • Assist in ordering and maintain uniform inventory.
  • Assist in taking new losses via phone.
  • Support additional administrative support for all departments and employees as needed.
Qualifications
  • 2-5 years experience as a receptionist and/or administrative support.
  • Ability to write and compile reports and correspondence.
  • Previous experience with Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Associates Degree preferred but High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Previous experience within the construction and marketing industries helpful.
  • Must maintain a valid Driver’s License and maintain a safe driving record.
  • Must be able to exercise good judgment and to understand and carry out written and/or oral instructions, along with sound problem solving ability.
  • Must be able to stand; walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel – reach with hands & arms and talk or hear.
  • Must be able to regularly lift and or move up to 25 pounds.
