Responsibilities:

• Schedule patient appointments efficiently and accurately for all therapists
• Resolve scheduling conflicts as they occur
• Answer phone calls and emails, greeting patients and prospective patients and remind them of upcoming appointments
• Communicate with therapists about schedules, clients and any changes
• Coordinate OT/ST/PT appointments
• Answer incoming calls and address patient inquiries
