Qualification/Responsibilities:

• Must be familiar with regulations for Medical Records
• Related experience at a level necessary to accomplish the job
• Coordinating transportation for residents to and from scheduled appointments and activity outings
• Comply with all company policies related to public safety and driving in accordance with the company standards and state traffic law
• Maintain residents’ medical records in accordance with facility policies and with state and federal regulations.
• Handle and maintain patient medical records with confidentiality, accuracy and respect at all times.
• Insure that all medical information is filed correctly and up-to-date for the member’s continuity of care
• Must possess a current and unexpired Driver’s License to aid with transportation when needed
• MUST HAVE – ERP AP system experience (Microsoft Great Plains Dynamics preferred)

Shift and Wage:

• Full-Time Opportunity Available
• Shifts Needed: First Shift
• Wage: Up to $20.00 per hour
