Qualifications:

• High school graduate or GED equivalent, Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Prior administrative assistant/clerical experience.
• Exceptional customer service and organization skills.
• Ability to communicate orally and in writing, including demonstrated skill in reading and interpreting documents, writing reports, and memos.
• Proven work record and desire to work cooperatively, positively and with a customer service attitude with district staff, community, and parents.
• Ability to work independently in an open environment with a team attitude.
• Capacity to apply discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
• Maintain professionalism during stressful situations, while managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive). Powerschool and AS400 preferred.
• Detail orientated with a critical degree of accuracy.
• organize and implement project, willingness to learn and utilize new technology systems.
• Pleasant and professional phone manners essential.
• Good attendance record required.
• Additional duties may be assigned by administrators.
• Proficiency test(s) will be required.

• Classification I - 52 weeks - Administrative Assistant to Executive Administrators of Schools - 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.
• Provides various clerical services to support student achievement and related district goals.
