- Record and track billing for assigned services.
- Weekly revenue reporting & reconciliation of subsystems to invoices in ERP.
- Research and reconcile customer accounts.
- Assist the Accounts Receivable team with ad hoc tasks & projects.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with partners and customers to deliver the best total customer experience.
- Understand customer infrastructure, and processes, and identify appropriate contacts to successfully address customer issues impacting payment performance.
- Identify at-risk customers to the manager.
- Identify & document customer disputes.
- Job responsibilities and any other duties needed to help drive our vision, fulfill our mission, and support our organization’s values.
- A high school diploma or equivalent. Associate's degree preferred.
