Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Job Summary: We are seeking a Service Coordinator to join our team and be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to our clients. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers and will be responsible for greeting them, answering phone calls, and providing them with the necessary information or resolving their issues promptly and efficiently. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Greet customers warmly and ascertain the reason for their visit or call.
· Answer customer inquiries promptly and accurately via phone, email, or in person.
· Resolve customer issues by investigating problems, developing solutions, and following up with the customer.
· Escalate complex or unresolved customer issues to the appropriate team member.
· Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
· Keep customer records up-to-date and accurate.
· Handle inbound calls from clients.
· Draft service requests for clients.
· Review and assess all service requests.
· Generate and process invoices for services.
· Manage the procurement of message center parts.
· Maintain effective internal and external communication.
· Collaborate with technicians to troubleshoot message center issues.
· Work with Production Manager to schedule services
· Perform filing and scanning tasks.
· Handle miscellaneous office tasks/General housekeeping
· Conduct client calls for installations and service follow-ups.
Outside Technical Support
· File outside tech’s installation paperwork & receipts
· Manage Driver Qualification files.
· Monitor drivers' logs.
· Work w/OTS trucking for DOT logs & regulations.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent required.
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or related field.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
· Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
· Comfortable using computers and basic software applications.
· Positive attitude and a team player.
