Duties Include:

• Cook food items according to guest requests and correct handling procedures.
• Positive interactions with guests, and execute their orders as described
• Effectively communicate with Guests, the Kitchen, and restaurant teams, to ensure a seamless guest experience and high guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Prepare ingredients as instructed, and in compliance with food safety standards

Qualifications Include:

• 2 years cook experience, with an emphasis on breakfast and lunch
• 1 year food prep experience
• Current and valid Food Handler's permit, along with a good understanding of food safety and health code rules
• The ability to communicate and respond with members at all levels of the organization
• The ability to work a flexible schedule including early morning (4am) and mid shifts, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
