Field Operations Manager

As we continue to expand, we seek a Field Operations Manager who embodies our spirit and is ready to lead our field team to new heights.

The Field Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring that production is executed correctly and efficiently, supervising and coordinating jobs within the Production Department. This role directly impacts our success by guaranteeing that projects are completed accurately, completely, and on time. The effectiveness of our operations hinges on your ability to lead, develop, and coach our production staff, particularly Crew Leaders, ensuring optimal training and performance across the board.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and develop the production staff, focusing on Crew Leaders, to enhance their leadership and operational skills.
  • Ensure that all jobs are completed to the satisfaction of our clients, on schedule, and within budget constraints.
  • Conduct daily and weekly quality audits, safety meetings, and ensure adherence to company and OSHA safety policies.
  • Manage customer and employee interactions efficiently, ensuring high standards of service and resolving any issues proactively.
  • Oversee the scheduling, materials ordering, and logistical planning of projects, maintaining clear communication with the Production Manager.
  • Report weekly on customer feedback, personnel issues, and training progress in management meetings.
  • Drive the continuous development and training of the team, including overseeing Individual Development Plans and Performance Improvement Plans.

  • Proven ability to manage customer and employee relations effectively.
  • Experience in managing a customer-centric service environment, ideally within the home improvement or related industry.
