Sales Manager

As we continue to expand, we seek a Sales Manager who embodies our entrepreneurial spirit and is ready to lead our sales team to new heights.

The Sales Manager will lead the Marketing and Sales Department, focusing on creating, maintaining, and improving department systems to ensure work is executed flawlessly. This role is responsible for the output of all team members, requiring robust system and process management, as well as strong leadership to foster peak performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain and enhance sales and marketing systems, processes, and policies to optimize effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Conduct regular 1-1 and group meetings with sales staff to set goals, monitor progress, provide feedback, and guide direction.
  • Oversee all activities within the Marketing and Sales Department, ensuring work is completed accurately, completely, and on time.
  • Lead weekly sales meetings to report on progress, challenges, and strategies.
  • Participate in quarterly planning reviews with the management team and the President to align sales strategies with company objectives.
  • Manage workforce planning and development for the sales team, ensuring adequate staffing and training to achieve sales targets.
  • Foster community and business development through active involvement in networking groups and business-related organizations.
  • Ensure seamless coordination and scheduling within the sales department to achieve efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee estimating and project profitability, ensuring scopes of work are accurate and aligned with company profitability goals.
