Core Studio is Hiring a Customer Service Near Providence, RI
CORE Cycle.Fitness.Lagree in Providence, RI is looking for TWO part-time (15 hours/week) Front Desk Enthusiasts to join our team. Our ideal candidate is personable, exceptional at customer service, and has a passion for health and wellness. Job perks include FREE classes!
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and make them feel at home
- Answer any questions the customers may have
- Turning over rooms after classes finish
- Checking in classes and private appointments in our MindBody software
- Assisting management in general day-to-day operations
- Learn our services and pricing points to assist clients
- Saturday or Sunday required
Qualifications:
- Friendly, upbeat attitude
- Responsible and takes initiative
- Ability to multi-task and problem solve quickly
- Good communication skills with customers
