STREET TOYOTA is Hiring a Customer Service Agent Near Amarillo, TX
$11 per hour
Responsibilities:- Find patterns in customer complaints and bring them to the team for improvement
- Resolve customer complaints in a friendly and timely manner to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Regularly meet with sales lead to receive the newest service and product knowledge
- Maintain customer accounts and update with new account information as needed
- Record customer interactions and follow up on their experience with our company
- Keep customer satisfaction levels high by providing accurate information
- Explain rental responsibilities, if necessary
- Ensure the newest service and product knowledge
- Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills
- Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent
- Experience working in a customer-oriented atmosphere
