Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office, ensuring efficiency, and supporting staff members.
Duties:
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
- Assist in budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
- Handle phone calls and correspondence (email, letters, packages)
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments for upper management
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Excellent knowledge of office management software (ERP etc.)
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
