Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Laborer to join our team. As a Laborer, you will be responsible for various tasks in a warehouse or construction setting. This is a hands-on role that requires physical strength and the ability to operate power tools and machinery. Responsibilities: - Perform general labor duties such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials - Operate forklifts to transport materials within the warehouse or construction site - Fabricate and assemble components using hand and power tools - Assist with the installation of equipment or structures - Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas - Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) - Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently Skills: - Previous experience in a warehouse or construction setting is preferred - Proficiency in operating forklifts and other material handling equipment - Ability to fabricate and assemble components using hand and power tools - Basic mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues with machinery or equipment - Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects - Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately - Effective communication skills to work collaboratively with team members Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
