Topsider Building Systems is Hiring a Sales Manager (Consumer Sales) Near Clemmons, NC
COMPENSATION: $80k to $150k (Includes salary incentives and bonus.)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Extensive professional relationship consumer sales/sales mgt experience (Preferably in new home construction, upscale real estate, housing development, etc.)
- Knowledge of the basics of residential construction and building materials.
- Competent and comfortable working in an office by phone and email for the majority of prospective customer contacts. (Ultimately, many clients will visit, but incoming leads are worldwide.)
- Prepared to work some evenings and Saturdays.
- College degree or equivalent in experience.
- Well-traveled and/or otherwise acquainted with eastern U.S. coastal areas. (Many of our sales are in coastal areas, particularly in Florida.)
ABOUT THE COMPANY: Topsider Homes is the maker of an upscale and proprietary post & beam timber frame residential and light commercial building system. Its applications include high-end custom primary residences, resort homes, retirement homes and light commercial projects. Its structures have been shipped and built throughout the world since 1968. Topsider Homes' modern facilities are located on a 15-acre campus 10-minutes west of Winston-Salem, North Carolina, just off of I-40.
