We are seeking a Paralegal/Litigation Specialist to become a part of our team! Your role will be to own the litigation process for all cases where litigation has been filed.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all aspects of the litigation process are completed ahead of deadlines
• Communicate with clients to answer questions and help organize appointments/treatment, when necessary
• Actively communicate with our attorneys and defense attorneys/staff to ensure that appropriate information is being exchanged/filed
• Review all responses from the defense and notify our attorneys of any issues or missing information
• Communicate with the clients to coordinate treatment, schedule meetings, etc.

​ Qualifications:

• Bilingual (Spanish & English)
• Previous litigation experience in professional law firm office setting (personal injury experience is a big plus)
• Ability to prioritize, multitask and self-direct
• Able to work well alone and with a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
