Job Summary:
Base Salary is $50,000 Commission, company car and gas card!
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth by developing and maintaining relationships with clients. You will also be responsible for achieving sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
Duties:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through business development strategies
- Go door to door in residential areas along with businesses.
- Cold calling
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Conduct warm calling to generate leads and schedule meetings with potential clients
- Present and demonstrate our products/services to clients, highlighting their benefits and value
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
- Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of client projects
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and monitor progress
Skills:
- Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in a technical sales environment
- Strong business development skills with the ability to identify new opportunities
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively present information to clients
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Exceptional negotiation skills to close deals and achieve sales targets
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software is preferred
