Role Description
This is a full-time Sales Manager role with Spraggins Inc. and the scope of business will be countertops. The Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including prospecting and acquiring new customers, building and maintaining relationships with existing customers, and achieving sales targets.
Salary $80,000 - $150,000
Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales and business development
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
- Strong knowledge of the building products and construction industry
- Experience in the residential contract market
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
