The Inside Sales Manager will lead and manage the inside sales team to achieve sales targets, revenue growth and ensure a positive customer experience.

Requirements
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Growth mindset
Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask, manage priorities and deadlines
Comfortable making outbound phone calls as well as excellent phone etiquette.
Exceptional customer service skills
Strong listening and sales skills.
Comfortable with a goal-oriented work environment with annual sales target objectives.
Strong Analytical skills and ability to gather data to make profitable business decisions
Is a life-long learner and takes initiative to fill personal knowledge gaps
Ability to manage conflict in a professional and constructive manner
Ability to follow a detailed sales process focused on guiding prospective clients through their buying process
Ability to utilize various software programs including CRM, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
Experience/Qualifications
5 years of supervisory experience required
5 years of sales experience in a commercial or industrial market preferred, with exposure to fuel and lubricants being a plus
Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field preferred but not required
