Acadian Total Security, a division of Acadian Companies, has an immediate opening for a full-time Inventory Specialist I in Lafayette, LA.
JOB FUNCTIONS | |
1 | Maintain internal process for daily operations of the distribution and inventory of all product lines |
2 | Prepare, repair, clean, program, test, and distribute our products for all of our product lines |
3 | Brand all outgoing products as designated by administration |
4 | Prepare purchase order requests, order material, and receive materials using the appropriate software |
5 | Maintain pricing, descriptions, and inventory levels on all parts in the warehouse |
QUALIFICATIONS:
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- High School diploma or GED.
- Must be PC literate with some familiarity with MS Word and Excel.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
