Job Summary: Utilizes their interpersonal skills to assist the external and internal customers with their needs.

JOB FUNCTIONS

1

Responds to customer questions and concerns.

2

Resolves and/or escalates customer complaints and issues.

3

Updates and verifies customer information. 

4

Minor troubleshooting on equipment issues. 

5

Processes customer leads and new orders.

6

Processes cancellation requests.

7

Upgrades/upsells existing customers.

8

Processes new account data and data verification. 

9

Assists other departments as deemed necessary by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. High School diploma or GED.
  2. Must be PC literate with some familiarity with MS Word and Excel.
  3. Strong organizational skills.
  4. Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

  2. Achieve accomplishment of all task details, no matter how small.
  3. Maintain good personal motivation; develop a sense of ownership of job tasks and results.
