Daily responsibilities include but not limited to:
Accounts Payable
· Issue/enter purchase orders to vendors in ERP system
· Calculate material cost, landed cost, duty and customs clearance cost
· Upload inventory details to ERP system
· Match A/P invoices with purchase orders and communicate with accounting for processing payment
· Monitor estimated payables against received invoices / Calculate variances
· Monitor vendor accounts and A/P aging to ensure timely process of payment
· Reconcile inventory with outside vendor records
Accounts Receivable
· Enter/monitor customer orders in the ERP system
· Perform order shipping and create A/R invoices within the ERP system
· Monitor customer accounts and A/R aging to ensure timely collection of payments
· Send monthly statement to customers and assist with collection of past due payments
· Monitor customer credit limits
· Provide accurate information to customers in a timely manner
Other Responsibilities
· Communicate with vendors and customers over-the-phone, in-person, and via email
· Coordinate with vendors and customers to ensure timely delivery of orders
· Process-improvement contribution
· Assist sales and logistics team with various business operation functions
