We are hiring! AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Administrative Coordinator II to join our Beaverton, OR. office.

The Administrative Coordinator II role is responsible for providing support to the Operations Team through information accumulation, data entry, analysis and problem-solving for work planning and control.

This role will provide administrative support to the head of a large administration organization and act as extension of manager's authority in administrative matters.

This role is a position of responsibility, which may include compilation, analysis and presentation of special reports, and the tracking of projects and budgets.

Plays proactive role in ensuring that budgets, goals, and deadlines are met by monitoring progress and keeping manager well informed with up-to-date reports, graphs, and other decision-making tools.

This is a full-time position with robust benefits. This position will be supporting our premiere client and is open to applicants located in the Portland, OR area.

How will you contribute to the team?

  • Liaises between manager and staff, as well as with other admin or technical management and staff, responding to inquiries and requests for information / approval and / or directing to appropriate staff, as required.
  • Compiling data tracking and preparing reports and budgets for administrative functions.
  • Willing to work in a team environment to role share and support staff across a wide range of seniority levels.
  • Coordinates staff activities and special events within office and key account.
  • Assists with expense and travel processing.
  • Maintains inventory of office items and PPE.
  • May perform special assignments which, depending on unit(s) supported, may include financial analysis, coordination of marketing activities, assistance with publications or marketing materials, maintaining databases, and / or coordinating staff training.
  • Develops charts and graphs based on financial reports, and updates them as needed for meetings, monthly reports, or presentations.
  • Assists in the development of branded and formatted materials including swag, resumes, presentations, etc. as needed.
  • May coordinate and attend meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
  • Flexible to perform such other duties as the supervisor may from time to time deem necessary.

What will you contribute?

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, plus seven years' experience. Without a degree, requires twelve years' experience in progressively responsible administrative work.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills required.
  • Knowledge of business administration practices and principles, including finance and accounting.
  • Computer skills required, particularly in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Knowledge of the consulting engineering industry helpful.
  • Ability to deal effectively and harmoniously with people at all levels of the organization.
  • Willing to split time between client site and office as needed.
