The Revenue Operations Analyst main goal is to actively manage Ampion’s portfolio of sites so that subscribers are receiving the full value of community solar, while maximizing revenue for our clients. This individual will assign subscribers internally, and manage all site allocations & billing determinants directly with the utility via data transmission protocols. Lastly, the individual will work cross-functionally within all areas of the business on any company-wide goals, missions or initiatives. The Revenue Operations Analyst will report to the Manager, Revenue Management.
Core Responsibilities
Firm understanding of all state/program eligibility rules and regulatory operating procedures
Ensure client specific credit requirements and guidelines are being enforced
Once accounts are validated, determine site assignment based on availability, status, pre-commitment to subscriber, maximum revenue benefit, financial impact for EOM, etc.
Engage with all utilities to retrieve monthly determinants used for monthly subscriber invoicing, and additional support for subscriber initiated inquiries
Provide Level Two (L2) support for Account Management initiatives that are received from our clients, as well as client implementations and data conversions
Perform active allocations on all assigned sites to maintain peak site health performance
Assist Product & Engineering for implementation of new enrollment workflows, data migrations, troubleshooting exceptions, and continuous improvement of scaling Ampion’s enterprise systems
