An immediate full-time position available for a Bookkeeper / Office Manager. Seeking an energetic, highly organized, self-motivated individual with 5 years experience. This position requires coordination of all accounting and office management.
Responsibilities/Duties include:
-Accounts payable
-Accounts receivable
-Bank deposits
-Bank account and credit card reconciliation & transactions
-Payroll
-Researching/disputing inaccurate accounts
-Ensure billing accuracy
-Follow up on any/all outstanding accounting issues
-Maintain an organized filing system
-General office/administrative duties
-Software proficiency includes: QuickBooks and Microsoft Products
