WEC RENTALS is Hiring an Office Administrative Assistant Near La Crosse, WI

Local, growing rental company is looking for a long-term, qualified Office Administrative Assistant who will work alongside the Rental Coordinator in La Crosse, WI and can help with daily tasks and duties, such as scheduling and coordinating maintenance and advertising vacant units. This person may communicate with tenants and vendors on a daily basis and running errands throughout the day, if need be.

The right candidate should have knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft Office (ie. Excel, Outlook, Word) and marketing software and websites.

Some of the duties (but not limited to) may include:

  • Daily correspondence with tenants and vendors via phone calls and e-mail
  • Advertise open units in La Crosse and surrounding areas, through different media
  • Coordinate and schedule General Maintenance
  • Help with the rental application process (to fill with qualified tenants by performing credit and background checks)
  • Assist with turnover of units (which could include some cleaning before new tenants move in)
  • Filing/Organizing
  • Other duties as needed/requested

General office hours are Monday-Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. (part-time to full-time)

**Pay based on prior (related) experience and capabilities.**

**2-3 years related Administrative Assistant work preferred**

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
