Summary:
The Program Director oversees operations in both Danville and Lynchburg, VA, but is primarily based in Danville and will require weekly travel to Lynchburg. This role ensures quality services and implements growth and diversification efforts in alignment with corporate goals, philosophies, and values. The candidate must have case work experience, while possessing the exceptional ability to solve problems, take calculated risks, inspire confidence, and facilitate communication.

Alliance is staffed by experienced child-welfare professionals. Our Case Managers are qualified professionals who receive clinical supervision and training. Case Managers hold Bachelor's level (or above) degrees in the Human Services field and are supervised by a licensed clinician. Alliance has developed and implemented systems for assuring quality of care and are regularly collecting outcome data to evaluate our effectiveness in order to make program improvements.
