• 12-hour shifts on weekdays, 9-hour shifts on weekends, alternating weekends
• Full time status is 78 hours per pay period, potential for part-time role
• No call responsibilities
• Guaranteed base salary, quality and productivity bonus and comprehensive benefits

• Must be familiar with I&D, suturing/removal, foreign body removal, toenail removal, EKG, ear irrigation, epistaxis management and wound care
• At least 1 to 2 years of experience in an Urgent Care, ED or Primary Care setting is required
• Float provider will travel to multiple facilities, as needed
• Sign-on bonus for eligible hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment
