Job Title: Vice President, Marketing & Digital Strategy

Reports To: Executive Vice President, Patient Access

Northpoint Recovery Holdings, LLC, established in 2009, is a growing, behavioral healthcare treatment platform treating adults with substance use disorder and co-occurring conditions under the Northpoint Recovery brand and adolescents with mental healthcare conditions under the Imagine by Northpoint brand. The Company serves patients with commercial health insurance and is an in-network model. Northpoint has grown from two facilities to fifteen today entirely on a de novo basis with plans to expand rapidly in both existing and new markets. POSITION SUMMARY: As a key member of the Northpoint team, this person is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth within the healthcare industry. This person will build and lead a team of marketing professionals, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and oversee all marketing initiatives to ensure alignment with Northpoint’s goals and objectives. This position will specifically focus on leveraging strategic thinking to bring increased traffic to the business and enhance the financial results results of the business. This role is diverse in that it requires someone with the ability to set strategy but also can personally execute tactics when needed.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

  • Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy, including brand positioning, target audience identification, and marketing campaigns, to enhance brand awareness and drive patient acquisition and retention
  • Lead and manage a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive exceptional results and professional growth
  • Collaborate with the executive team to define marketing goals, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with overall business strategies
  • Oversee the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, traditional advertising, public relations, and experiential marketing
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, consumer insights, and opportunities for innovation, ensuring the company stays ahead of the competition
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and tracking ROI to maximize marketing effectiveness and efficiency
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, admissions, outreach, and HR to develop and implement marketing initiatives that support business objectives and drive revenue growth
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to the executive team, and making data-driven recommendations for optimization and continuous improvement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, vendors, and agencies to leverage marketing opportunities and collaborations
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing, bringing innovative ideas and strategies to drive competitive advantage
  • Ownership and management of internet marketing including social media integration, technical infrastructure, SEO measurements, and monitoring methodologies
  • Coordinate with leadership to define goals and requirements for refinement and future implementation of a web design and development plan that is specific and includes actions and milestones for requirements determination, design, testing, documentation, training, and implementation
  • Develop relevant content topics to reach Northpoint’s target audience
  • Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written and audio/podcast)
  • Oversee design (i.e. Social media graphics for Facebook cover, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, Twitter profile, etc.)
  • Monitor online reviews and respond to each review timely and with care
  • Partner with HR to create employment branding strategy, engaging job posts, employer specific social media channels, deployable content for hiring managers, and new hire materials
  • Work with local and national broadcasting and media outlets to promote Northpoint’s mission and growth strategy
  • Write, edit, and disseminate a variety of Northpoint communications, including both internal and external facing communications and content, suitable for multiple different print and web platforms

  • Coordinate the production and distribution of Northpoint publications, newsletters, news releases, fact sheets, scripts, etc. (in both print and electronically), reports and mailings as outlined in the Northpoint branding guidelines
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures
  • Maintain confidentiality in accordance with established policies and procedures and standards of care
  • Other appropriate services and special projects as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS FOR POSITION:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 10 (ten) years of progressive experience in marketing roles, with a focus on strategic marketing planning and execution
  • Strong leadership skills, with a track record of successfully managing and developing high-performing marketing teams
  • Proven experience in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives in the healthcare or hospital industry
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, social media platforms, content marketing, and customer relationship management (CRM)
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven marketing decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and senior executives
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of marketing trends
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of financial implications and ROI in marketing
  • Must be able to maintain a schedule availability flexible to the business demands
  • Strict adherence to company philosophy/mission statement/goals
  • Operate with autonomy and discretion; a true hands-on approach as well as the ability to successfully monitor the "pulse" of the marketing team, and agency staff, to ensure a high level of morale and engagement

REQUIRED CERTIFICATES/LICENSES/REGISTRATIONS:

  • Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and safe driving record

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Direct supervisor for marketing staff
  • Responsible for evaluating the competency and performance of personnel
  • Indirect oversight of outsourced contract staff and their effectiveness

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • Though this position is not permanently located in a treatment facility setting, exposure to emotionally impaired patients is possible, and may be frequent. Stress ranges from low to high, depending on the situation

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:

  • Completion of a tuberculin screening during first week of employment

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: $130,000- $150,000 annual salary
