Earnings potential can be $22 per hour or higher. Earnings consist of a base wage of $18.00, plus our achieve bonus program. Here is how our wages work: Based on your individual performance at 80% performance your wage with bonus equates to $18.68 per hour; at 100% performance your wage now equates to $20.55 and increases as your performance % increases. We also have bonuses based on our facility efficiencies – at 64% efficiency you can earn an additional .23 per hour (teamwork key).

In addition to the above bonus, 3rd shift recieves a $2 shift differential pay per hour and experience equipment operators recieve a $1 differential.

Shipping

Order Picker and Reach Truck Operators

Qualifications:

• 18 years or older.
• Good understanding of English language verbal and reading.
• Successful completion of criminal background check and drug testing.
• High school diploma or GED or an equivalent combination of related experience, training, and/or education.
• Experience driving an Order Picker and Reach Truck.
• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment (limited heat or air conditioning)
• Minimum of one-year distribution center experience is a plus.
• Experience with various equipment such as hand-trucks, reach trucks, order pickers a plus or ability to obtain and maintain powered industrial equipment certification is a plus.
• Experience with RF scanner preferred.
• Effective communication skills, including the ability to read and write legibly and to understand and carry out oral and written instructions.
• Strong basic math skills and attention to detail.
• Complete understanding of safety and risk management

Hours:

Monday – Friday 8:00pm to 4:30am

You must have the flexibility to work additional time and required Saturdays when needed based on business needs.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to perform work that involves standing, walking, and bending for a minimum of eight hours.

Able to continuously lift to 30 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 70 pounds.
