As a Human Resources Manager, you'll play a vital role in providing administrative support and leadership guidance regarding HR policies and practices. Acting as the primary point of contact for HR-related matters, you'll ensure the seamless dissemination of Atrium HR initiatives to both management and associates, all while championing Atrium's company culture and core values. Primary Purpose:
The primary purpose of the Human Resources Manager/Senior Human Resources Manager is to provide administration and leadership support and guidance in human resources policies, procedures, and practices. This role will function as the central contact for information specific to human resources and will navigate the necessary systems to ensure Atrium HR initiatives are cascaded to management and associates while promoting Atrium company culture and core values.

The Human Resources Manager/Senior Human Resources Manager will be tasked with the following duties, responsibilities, and assignments:
Qualifications:
Required Prior Experience:
3-5 years of Human Resources experience as an HR leader with broad HR Generalist skills with an emphasis on recruiting.
Working knowledge and practice of FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEO, OSHA, COBRA, etc. and understanding of state and federal law
Preferred Prior Experience:
Hospitality experience
Prior experience implementing HR strategies and initiatives
Required Education:
Bachelor’ Degree in related field of study; or equivalent experience
Required Technology:
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite and proficiency of technology capabilities
Other:
Excellent communication, presentation and listening skills
Bi-lingual
