Responsibilities:

- Schedule is 3 to 4 days per week M-F; no set day off

- Check in and register patient for procedures/surgery

- Collection of monies

- Filing, scanning, faxing of medical records

- Strong working knowledge of Word, typing and computer data entry

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Professional demeanor and appearance

Qualifications:

- Previous experience working in a medical office or similar healthcare setting is preferred
- Strong clerical skills, including typing and data entry
- Proficient in using computer software such as Word
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Professional demeanor and appearance

- Reliable transportation
