Job Overview:

Duties:

Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively
- Proficiency in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Multilingual capabilities are advantageous
- Experience with outbound calling is preferred
