Candidates need to have the availability to work Monday thru Friday from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm. Hours and schedule may vary based upon internal office needs. Customer Service Representatives are responsible for a multitude of tasks including, but not limited to; data entry, email correspondence, interviewing, recruiting, payroll, social media marketing and several other administrative tasks.Pay for this position is \$15.00/hr - \$17.00/hr, depending on experience.Requirements:Qualified applicants will need to possess the following skills and background requirements:Some college, Bachelors degree preferred (open to all Majors)Bilingual (Spanish) is a plusMust have experience in working in an office environmentAbility to interact professionally and provide upbeat customer service to applicants, employees, and customersVery strong computer skills: specifically in all Microsoft programs like Word, Excel, and OutlookExperience in Social Media Marketing preferred but not requiredFast and accurate data entry (at least 45 WPM)Ability to quickly learn new computer softwareHigh attention to detail with high organizational skillsMust be a self-starter with desire to take on new responsibilitiesMotivated to work consistently and efficiently without direct supervisionDemonstrated flexibility and high tolerance to unexpected and sudden changesAbility to work in a very fast paced environmentMust be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background checkMust have valid drivers license and insurance
