First Choice Services... A national provider of premium office coffee services to the business community is pleased to announce a full-time position!

National Coffee Service Company is looking for a Customer Service Supervisor to lead our office team!

Applicants must have:

  • Detail oriented
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Well organized
  • Great presentation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel skills
  • Accounting knowledge and running reports
  • Problem solving skills
  • A positive disposition
  • People person
  • Conflict Resolution skills
  • Reading physical and emotional cues

Full-time role will include providing a full range of office management duties including:

  • Day-to-day running of the office taking care of internal and external customers
  • Provision of administrative support to branch manager
  • Office staff supervision
  • Customer supervision
  • Production of reports (i.e. sales, deposits, etc…)
  • Other duties as requested
  • A/R Responsibilities
