National Coffee Service Company is looking for a Customer Service Supervisor to lead our office team!
Applicants must have:
- Detail oriented
- The ability to manage multiple tasks
- Well organized
- Great presentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel skills
- Accounting knowledge and running reports
- Problem solving skills
- A positive disposition
- People person
- Conflict Resolution skills
- Reading physical and emotional cues
Full-time role will include providing a full range of office management duties including:
- Day-to-day running of the office taking care of internal and external customers
- Provision of administrative support to branch manager
- Office staff supervision
- Customer supervision
- Production of reports (i.e. sales, deposits, etc…)
- Other duties as requested
- A/R Responsibilities
