We have an excellent opportunity for an outgoing and energetic, experienced Sales Associate to join our winning team!
Must be well organized, Have excellent Communication Skills, and a strong Leadership drive.
Experienced Sales Associate Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Outside Sales,
- Dealership or retail repair shop atmosphere is a plus
- Retail Sales and Customer Interaction Experience
- High School Diploma or Equivalent, Higher Education & Military Experience is Preferred
- Hard working and driven.....self motivated
- Works well with customers and Leading their team
- Responsibilities Would Include:
- Customer interaction, you will be the face of your store, The person the customers look to when they need help with their vehicle. Your Job is to build a long term relationship with each customer
- Assist customers in check in, scheduling, drop off, and pick up of vehicles
- Work with other staff to build estimates, interact with the customer thru the sales process and schedule and lead other staff members throughout the workflow process.
- Must be able to perform in a fast-paced environment
- Problem solving, Scheduling and Parts Logistics
- Create and maintain organized schedule
