Areas of Work

• Human Resources -The Office supervisor will share duties with a co-supervisor. Co-supervisors will cover all areas of onboarding, scheduling, and hiring, providing a great opportunity for personal growth and learning.
• Marketing- The Office supervisor will participate in creating and implementing creative marketing strategies.
• Payroll- Be willing to learn software to schedule visits, monitor visits., and bill. Monitor reimbursements via various portals- Willing to learn agency software: Viventium and Axiscare

This is a 2-person office. Each person has identical roles. Strong Interpersonal skills are a requirement.

Telephone on-call responses are a part of this position.

Office hours are 9am-4pm, ensuring a balanced work-life schedule. A 40-hour work week is paid to compensate for light on-call work, providing a manageable workload.
