The Homecare Staffing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and scheduling home care services for clients. They work closely with clients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to ensure that the needs of clients are met.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule home care services for clients
• Ensure that all client needs are met
• Communicate with clients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals
• Manage caregiver schedules and assignments
• Ensure that all caregivers are properly trained and certified
• Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided to clients
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
• Provide support and guidance to clients and caregivers

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in home care staffing coordination
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to home care services
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
