Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate and reliable caregivers to provide assistance to elderly and disabled individuals in Birmingham, AL. The ideal candidate will have experience in caregiving and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide medication reminders and assistance with medication management
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding
• Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and cleaning
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Accompany clients to appointments and outings
• Document and report any changes in client's condition to supervisor

Requirements

• Proven experience as a caregiver
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• High school diploma or equivalent
