Material Handler
Wilmington, MA | Mon-Fri 6am-2:30pm | Contract | $23-25hr.

We are looking for a dependable Material Handler to join our team. In this hands-on role, you'll operate equipment used in the processing, size reduction, and packaging of polyurethane resins while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.

• Operate and maintain extrusion, granulation, and packaging equipment

• Perform equipment cleaning and in-process quality checks

• Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE

• Accurately document production data and maintain traceability

• Use forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling tools

• Support continuous improvement and troubleshoot process issues

• High school diploma or GED

• Basic math and computer skills (MS Office, SAP preferred)

• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. and work on your feet

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Previous manufacturing experience preferred (not required)

• Must obtain forklift certification
