Buyer / Procurement Specialist

We’re looking for a Buyer / Procurement Specialist to join a growing team in Philadelphia! What You’ll Be Doing

• Understand and document business purchasing requirements
• Source and evaluate vendors for materials, equipment, supplies, and services
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with suppliers
• Formalize vendor agreements according to company policies
• Monitor vendor compliance with contract terms and service expectations
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
• Support internal control and procurement processes
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in purchasing, procurement, buying, or supply chain support
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple vendors and priorities
• Experience reviewing contracts and vendor agreements preferred
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and procurement systems is a plus

Position Details

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, Day Shift
• Hours: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM or 9:00 AM-6:00 PM
• On-site position in Philadelphia, PA
• Contract opportunity with competitive pay based on experience
