As a Coffee Shop Barista, you will play an important role in providing excellent service to our guests, preparing quality beverages, maintaining a clean and inviting coffee shop environment, and creating a positive experience for everyone who visits our dealership. You will help represent the Subaru brand by delivering the same level of care and attention our customers expect throughout their entire experience.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee
- espresso drinks
- and light food items
- Deliver exceptional customer service to guests and employees
- Maintain a clean
- organized café environment
- Operate POS system and handle transactions accurately
- Monitor inventory and restock supplies
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Support dealership events and hospitality initiatives
Qualifications
- Previous coffee shop or food service experience required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
