Duties
- Be willing to work alone at times
- Reliably show up on time, open and close shop
- Have an ownership-mentality in caring and paying attention to details for the success of the shop.
- Testing and ensuring the quality of drinks and ingredients as needed.
- Oversee food handling and preparation processes, adhering to food safety protocols.
- Manage retail sales transactions using the POS system, processing cash and card payments accurately.
- Cleaning routines to uphold hygiene standards across the shop environment, including equipment sanitation and workspace organization.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive experience that encourages repeat visits.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of drink supplies.
Skills
- Proven experience with barista duties, including beverage preparation and serving.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse clientele.
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts while maintaining quality standards.
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling, recipe calculations, and transaction processing.
- Familiarity with food safety practices and proper food handling procedures.
Pay DOE. Opportunities may arise as the business grows.
Must be available from 6am-1pm.
Pay: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour
