Key Responsibil
- itiesServe as the subject matter expert for complex U.S. GAAP accounting matters, including revenue recognition, business combinations, leases, share-based compensation, impairments, and other technical accounting to
- pics.Research and document accounting conclusions through technical accounting memos and policy guid
- ance.Maintain and enhance enterprise-wide accounting policies and ensure consistent application across the organiza
- tion.Partner with leadership on acquisitions, strategic transactions, licensing agreements, and other non-routine activi
- ties.Lead and review SEC reporting activities, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and related disclos
- ures.Support SOX compliance initiatives, internal controls, and external audit requirem
- ents.Collaborate closely with Finance, Legal, Internal Audit, Executive Leadership, and external audi
tors.
Qualific

- uired.Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Fi
- nance.8 years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting and/or public company environ
- ments.Strong accounting policy and technical accounting expertise req

- erred.Prior Manager or Senior Manager-level leadership exper
- ience.Experience preparing technical accounting research and communicating conclusions to executive stakeho
