Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team responsible for daily cash application and payment processing activities, ensuring accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Oversee payment posting, account reconciliation, refund processing, write-offs, and resolution of unapplied cash and payment discrepancies.
- Partner with cross-functional finance teams to resolve customer payment issues, improve processes, and maintain data integrity across financial systems.
- Monitor cash application metrics, support month-end close activities, and maintain accurate reporting and documentation.
- Develop, train, and mentor team members while promoting process consistency, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support audit requests, maintain internal controls, and identify opportunities to enhance workflows through technology and process optimization.
Salary : $100,000 - $115,000
